Stephen has held a number of Board level and senior management roles with Blue Chip organizations such as British Oxygen, Tate & Lyle International, Price Waterhouse, DHL Logistics and several Silicon Valley startups. Hands on Implementation of strategic growth, Innovation programs and global Value Chain and Sustainability advances include strategic business transformations and fundamental process change implementations. Stephen has spoken at and led workshops on Innovation, Process Excellence and Value Chain Sustainability at numerous conferences across Europe and in the US.


Edouard Landau


Ed is a deeply experienced project manager with broad ranging experience from over 20 years in leading edge high-tech Research and Development, including operations and production. Experiences around the globe of the advances needed in manufacturing and supply chains comes from a range of startups (CagEnt Technologies), medium size companies (The 3DO Company), and most recently, for the last 13 years, at Microsoft (XBOX Hardware Development). Ed has extensive knowledge of state of the art production techniques, building organizations, processes and metrics, and has laser focus on bringing clarity to highlevel issues. With a passion for excellence, Ed brings both heart and mind to the creation of truly new thinking in operations, process and benefits delivery.

He has over 25 years of experience in both operations management and project management. He has delivered step-change improvements through sustainable change programs in all areas of business activity, from supplier development and operations planning through to manufacturing and outbound logistics. He has successfully led large, complex programs across a range of public sector organizations and Blue Chip private sector clients.
